Simple Strategies To Cool Off

Cool Off

This has been a crazy hot summer, and I know I’m not the only one trying to find ways to cool off. So, today I will share with you natural tips that won’t harm your body, that will help with cooling yourself off, and make you look hot. 😉

After the tips for cooling off, I also have a section for tips for Heat Exhaustion. Check that out, and see if anything helps you all out. We need to be careful right now. Enjoy!

            1: Peppermint

Peppermint is incredible for cooling yourself off. Chew peppermint gum, breathe in peppermint, or try making a peppermint spray or diffuser blend. This will help you cool off. I do it all the time.

             2. Drink Water

You were probably hoping that I wasn’t going to mention this one, but I’ll disappoint you there. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Did I mention that you should stay hydrated? I did? Okay then.

Dehydration is one of the biggest problems in America, and especially when it’s really hot, can lead to bigger health issues. You should be drinking at least eight glasses of water a day. So I’ll say it once more; Hydrate!

             3. Watermelon

Watermelon is full of all kinds of good electolytes, contains a bunch of water, and is a very cooling fruit. Have a bowl of watermelon instead of a bowl of ice cream when you’re hot. Better health, better fat burning, cool, and sweet. Win Win!

                 4. Coconut Water

Coconut Water is also full of electolytes, and it can be stored in your fridge for a refreshing beverage. You don’t want too much of either Coconut Water or Watermelon though, as both are higher in sugar content. But you want to get these in you on a hot summer day.

The reason that I keep bringing up electolytes is because they are very important to your overall health and wellbeing. If you don’t get the proper amount of electrolytes, you’ll feel tired, you won’t see as great of results from your workouts, you’ll drag more in the day, you’ll have more brain fog, among other issues. Electrolytes are important for your body.

             5. Plexus Active

You may have heard of this, you may not have. So I’ll share it here. Plexus is a supplement company that I follow and buy items from. I like how high the quality of their ingredients are, and their mission to help people. Plexus Active is their energy supplement drink, which is full of electrolytes, important nutrients, and keeps you hydrated. I drink it on a regular basis, especially when I’m feeling tired, overheated, or having bad brain fog. You can check out a link for it here; https://plexusworldwide.com/SuperhumanRevolution/home

I’d love to hear what you think!

               6. Cooling Spray

I make my own cooling spray that I use on a regular basis. It works great, is actually really great for your pores, and feels so good. I also sell this product, if you have interest, you can text or call me at (909) 645-2393. And I’ll be happy to help you out with this.

Electrolytes will help your body recover from Heat Exhaustion. Drink plenty to get your body on the road to recovery.

         3. Water

Water is key to recovering from Heat Exhaustion. Drink tons of it! This will enable your body to restore the lost water you sweated out, and begin the recovery process.
