The Fit Life Approach:
In order to create habits that you can maintain and that bring you results; I focus on three key factors for a successful approach:
1. They need to be effective. All the workouts in the world aren’t much good if they don’t get you results. Why else would you be doing them?
2. They need to be time-efficient. If it takes too long to do a workout in the allotted time that you have, you’re not going to work out.
3. They have to be fun and sustainable. Part of building a healthy new habit is by taking the hard part out. If you look forward to your workout and your meals each day; then you’ll find it easier to succeed in your goals.
What Do I Need To Get Started?
Besides some fun workouts and good nutrition? Not too much. Just the determination to show up, push play and get sweaty! Working out can be fun! You will also find many different kinds of workouts available, body weight, dumbbells, TRX straps, Bosh ball, full equipment and bands. Pick what works for you and get ready to sweat!
